The decor was unique, staff was amazing friendly, and the place was spotless. Cosy bedroom, amazing bed. Within short walking distance of the tidy beach. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, fab location. The sports bar was comfortable and the drinks were alcoholic. Such a brilliant experience.

Neat & huge venue, absolutely gorgeous views. I loved a traditional decor and dark furniture. The service was helpful, breakfast was particularly good.

Ideal location, good prices. The room was immaculate, the staff were knowledgeable and the breakfast was hot. Local area close to the hotel. Also, an award-winning oceanarium was located in vicinity. I was able to see rear from my balcony. Efficient service from everyone, the receptionist helped me with everything I needed.

All in all, it was perfect base for travelling to Bournemouth. It was great to have kitchen. Moreover, we could park our car on site.
-
Fortunately, free Wi-Fi was available. The hotel had a great location.

The Hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. The common areas are pleasant to stay (lounge...) and well decorated.
However, the room was quite small and old fashion. The mattress was too soft and for the price of the room, it would have been good to have breakfast included. For that price I have found a room in a guest house with "birthday surprise" and breakfast included, for a couple of friends in Bournemouth by the sea side. Moreover, the fact they do not accept couple from the same sex did annoy us, as we think it is discriminatory.

The location - that's about it
it smelt and wasn't worth the money we paid
-
the hotel was basic but what more do you need for an over night stay, it was clean and tidy and had free view so couldn't moan
for what we paid i can't complain about anything really, reception were friendly and polite and the hotel was a good location
-
Good location, really friendly staff, clean hotel and loads of car park spaces!
Decor was a bit old fashioned but wasn't too offensive!
-
It was very clean - in fact the rom was spotless
When we arrived at roughly 8.30pm on Friday evening there was nobody on reception and nobody about at all and we stood at reception for at least 5 minutes before someone saw to us. Then we were told that we were not booked in! Luckily they had a room for us
-
Location was within walking distance of the beach and close to shops and bars
-
Very quiet environment, good location
It must have been very fashionably decorated in the 1920s!
-
Room was very cramped and small for £100 a night.
